Here are a couple screen shots of a log run I did. It is in two parts. Can anyone explain what is happening to my Vf signal and my AFR's are dropping to way rich and perhaps lend some insight as to how I can correct it.
Acccording to the 89+Standard Connections page, the purple wire (from the 10-pin Connector) is supposed to go to the wideband ground. Are we talking about an extra purple wire on the speed density harness? If so, does this wire get "Tapped" or "Spliced" into the Vf connection on the ECU?

Part numbers are the same for years 8601-8808 and 8808-9305 according to the above link.

I have heard the wind noise phenomenon before but don't know first hand.
A couple of questions however regarding the AFR Tracking.
1. At what point does the ECU operate in "Open Loop" vs. Closed Loop? And how do I know?
2. My gain is set to 0.00 and I still have the oscillating thing happening.
3. Isn't the perfect stoich at 14.7? If so, then shouldn't my AFR be...
I seem to be alright with it. My dip from idle is a little frustrating and my AFR issue at higher boost needs to be straightened out but other than that I don't really notice anything different from 4.40 or 4.63.
If I posted a screen shot of my monitor that would probably be able to explain it a lot better than me. Can someone explain how I would do this.
I was under the impression that if you set the AFR, the Pro would compensate to maintain that under all ranges....
TPS at idle is .42 btw. Tonight I did a couple more runs and things look like they are settling out with a little more tweaking. I am still all over the place with my AFR though. During a boost cycle, my AFR looks good in the 14's until I hit about 3/4 into the boost then it pegs out rich, it...
First Post (of what will probably be a very large thread) :biglaugh:
Thanks for starting us out here Mr. Malloy. Here is a link to a really good tutorial on using the Tuner Pro software.

I'm running into the same problem (among several others).
I tuned my AFPR to 36psi with the diag jumper in place but running pressure is 32psi. When I hit boost I am running way too rich at <10 on my MAFT and AEM WB. Should I jack up my fp? I am running 550's and a MAFT Pro in speed density mode.

Thanks for the info guys. I was sure that is how they are mounted but just wanted to check if there was an alternative.
The group buy was from a guy named Kevin M. He is still on here. I believe he has a couple of these left. You can contact him for the cost. I bought mine from a member on...
Does anyone have any pics on how they mounted their rear visors from the group buy??? I am interested in the way the mount tabs go on the car and if you guys used double-sided tape or not?
