Update on the 440's
I just installed a harness by Dr. Tweak and a glass blasted with high temp clear coat intake manifold along with a set of 550's and resistor pack. Ran this setup for almost two tanks of gas and the mileage went from 21 plus to 16.8 MPG. Yeah at around 80 cents a gallon who...
I ran the part number online and its only for the 1JZ. I also checked my engine overhaul kit and its not part of that, but there is an online site that can source one from Osaka or Moscow http://quickparter.com/oem-parts/1118388400.html
but you would probably be better off finding one from...
You have a JZA70 ECU, I don't know if the chaser had the 2 row, 4 row or both.
You are missing the 22 pin connecter and the flying lead. The flying lead plug goes to your TPS which you need and you most definately need the 22 pin plug. The flying lead is V on the diagram.
You won't need...
Sounds like it could be fuel cut if it lasts for 2 seconds. Are you on stock twins or what? What kind of injectors are you running? Just look at the color of them. If stock twins you will need to check all your vacuum lines, especially the wastegate, if one line has a leak or disconnected you...
The last plug looks like one of the igniter plugs, the other is a 4 pin, and your missing one of the ECU plugs, there should be 4, and the flying lead.
The wire might be cut from the speedo to the ecu. Look at an ECU pinout and check the pink wire on the plug, on my JZA70 ecu its pin 8 on the 22 pin plug.
Code 42 is speed sensor signal. Either your speedometer isn't working or the wire is cut from the speedo to the ECU. If cut it will disable speedcut but won't cause the breakup issue.
What boost are you running and do you have a wideband? You need to know your AFR under boost cause if too lean...
BIC performance made a one off, nozzs looks like they still make one.

Id be careful with them though as they have no info on their website about who they are or where they are.
I inquired about the Mishimoto vs. Koyo when my fan/shroud combo exploded and took out my Koyo and was told by Aaron and Mishimoto that the mishi is thicker than the Koyo. I am now running the OEM replacement from Koyo and have Zero issues. I also ditched the stock motor mounts (kept breaking)...
Dr tweak can make your harness and sells aem so you could probably get a special deal from him, or wire in the harness yourself and get the aem from aaron at
driftmotion.
I wouldn't even buy shoes online let alone an engine. Its worth a trip to see what your getting in person.I went to L.A. to get mine and had it shipped to kuwait, all in all my 1j swap was around 6k for everything but worth it to me.
Then I find a shop here that has over 20 1j's and a few 2j's...
Faulty PCV valve? Mine would have intermittent white smoke and run rich like yours at 10 AFR's and would clear if I rapped on the throttle alot. I tried the TPS and an ECU, same issue, finally changed the PCV valve and fixed both problems.
