Sorry Boss... I don't have any specs as I bought it as a short block from Japan as is. The crank was stock and the thrust washer was thicker by at least .010 and I had to have a machine shop made one for me.
The car is going back in the shop this week. F-N thing was wack when it comes to sure fit so the body shop suggested to cut it into 3-piece and fill the huge gap on the center.
You definitely had the sign of crank walk and yes it will damage the rest of your bearings (rods and crank) if not caught in time. At most cases the clutch is to blame for the thrust washer to go bad at cold start. Defending on your set up the oil could also be the factor of your problem.
