Correct. We have 3 types of propellant here that we use for Inhalers (P11, P12, and P134A). I've release (bleed) some of these propellants at atmosphere temp and it created a snow effect...lol.

Looking at the plugs you're definitely having fuel mixture problem all the way across the board. Water temp sensor is just one of the things that could affect your fuel mixture. I would definitely check the O2 sensor first then look for any bad diodes and capacitors in the ECU. You can also try...

Stainless steel Exhaust flange (drill/tap) or use an adapter/provided 1/8 tap on the side.

The water temp sensor could be faulty and not sending the right signal to the ECU and the reason why you're running rich.

lol...... ARPs 12pt bolts + lock plate + loctite Primer/T62 + 70 ft-lbs Torque. Make sure to clean the threads with Break cleaner and let the Loctite cured for a few hrs or more. Verify crank shaft (shank) is snug tight to the fly wheel.

If you're going to cap it, you might want to replace your gas cap with a vented one. Just incase during the summer time (tank pressure).

Aren't you missing that spacer with tabs on them so you can bend them to lock the bolts in place or from backing out? I can't remember what its call (bolt locking plate commonly use for Camshaft)..lol.
