But to do the tune-up, you have to take off the TB. Undo the support attached to the head, and take out the 4 12mm bolts, and pull it up word. You shouldnt have to disconnect any hoses but I'm not sure. I did when I did mine.
So I take it if you are doing an NA-T conversion, it would be easiest to unplug it, pull it w/ the engine, and swap harness's plug by plug and then label all of them accordingly so its a piece of cake when replugging it all back in after a rebuild?
Did you just seriously say that your frame is bent? You do realize that means the car was in a MAJOR wreck right? These arnt unibodies (i dont think). So it'd take quite a wreck to bend you frame.

It only does it when warm, meaning its probably not the throttle cable.
Most likely its your ISC that is malfunctioning when it gets hot. Electronics do that alot.
