how much should i spend around with all the parts and what brands????
It's not the worst job you'll have to do. Just relax and be patient.
Cost is going to depend on what brand of parts you get and where you get them from. If you make your own ignition wires you can have an excellent set of wires for under $80, if you buy them locally they may be over $150, if you buy the cheapest things you can find they'll probably be $25.98 and will last you a good solid month or two.

Brands that I've tried and like are Toyota (the OEM wires aren't half bad, MSRP is $90.63), NGK, MSD and Taylor.
For spark plugs, I haven't run anything other than NGK Iridiums and NGK Copper plugs, there are some other that people on here really like though so you might want to do a search. Prices range from as little as $2ea to $15ea.
Distributor and rotor can be had inexpensively from any auto parts store (I'd guess under $20 for both). The cap from Toyota is around $14, the rotor is around $7.
The air filter should only be a few bucks if you get a drop in replacement.
The prices on all of this will vary from one shop to the next and if you order online you can save a lot more... just be sure of what you're ordering.

also one more Question sorry" I checked my radiator and it seems my coolant never gets empty its always really full!!! what could i do to fix that problem???
Poke a hole in the rad with an icepick? Blow the head gasket? I'm not sure if you're joking here or just not describing an actual problem well. Are you referring to the overflow tank or the radiator? Generally not loosing coolant is a good thing.
