And i figured i'd have to do the return for the turbo. I dont need to tap my oil pan at all though do I? Both the pressure and return go to the block right?
Knock sensors... where? I was under the impression that the block and heads were the same. IJ sent me a picture showing spots on the block for oil pressure and return for the turbos. I can get a dif therm neck, etc. And i'll def get a new GTE oil pump, and i already know that works in a GE...
Upgrade? Hell nah, just discounted parts, and the smaller ones can get pocketed :)

Any auto can be made to handle decent HP with a mild build..
Better cluth packs, maybe nice sprag, increase the pressure on the valves for a nice firm shift.. yippee.
All of my knowledge of autos comes from 700r4's and th350's, so if I sound silly let me know :P
I think if you can make it all work nicely, it would be great. If you dont like carbs, thier is always EFI conversion systems for it. Shit.. for the SBC, anything is possible :D
And you could always through some NAWS on it, and find a good 9 inch somewhere :)
