Some of the Tucson guys came up too. It was a big car weekend here because of the Goodguys car show.
I wish I would have know the Supra guys were getting together...I would much rather have done this than sit at the bar and watch the UFC PPV...
No way its gonna be 500 lbs!! The stock deadening material is on the order of 50lbs and the front seats maybe 100lbs total...
I just DynaMatted my whole car and I did not notice much of a difference with noise or vibration...
Being able to rotate the driveshaft a "smidge" is normal, and the audible noise is just the LSD clutches and gear teeth engaging and disengaging some...also normal. Now "smidge" is a relative term...your smidge and my smidge might be different.

I paid $4200 for mine and yours has more done to it and seems nicer...plus you have documents to back up the work...maybe I got ripped off but I think $5k is low
you said the ground is loose and isnt making a good connection? that could be a problem...
I had a similar situation and I used some star washers under the ground bolt...they are still slightly loose but they made enough of a connection to work...
