Calibrate the TPS, follow these steps per TSRM:
1) set throttle screw...I have always heard all the way in...
2) set throttle stop screw
3) set Dashpot
4) adjust/cal TPS
The KS pins are NOT specific. as long as the ECU is getting two signals it will be happy.
Make sure your TPS is calibrated correctly....follow these steps per TSRM
1) Idle screw all the way in
2) adjust throttle stop screw
3) adjust dashpot
4) adjust/calibrate TPS

Stock fuel cut is usually around 12psi...the AFM should have bumped you up a bit to around the 15 mark you are at...
adjusting the stock screw out (more air) will increase fuel cut since you will be getting more unmetered air into the system
You should be able to adjust it with the stock air screw.
Get a NEO and tune the fuel map
Dont get a FCD. Fuel cut is there to protect the engine...so dont get rid of it without proper supporting mods and tune
