My HKS gauges worked and dimmed perfectly :dunno: maybe Im just lucky with my guage type though

wired wrong there should be a hot, a ground and a neutral. one wire will dim opposit and one will dim and brighten correctly when using the correct "ground source" play around with a test light, it will all make sense

Yes I would expect it to go full lean when the engine is not running but at idle and on decel??? Thats what has me worried. Even durring shifts you will see it pin rich around ten for a split second and then full lean off the charts and then back to normal when the clutch is released.

So I discovered that even if I turn just the ignition to on, the guage will come on and sit between 14.7 and 14.8 for 10-12 sec. Then it will jump to 15 16 17 rapidly before going full lean with no reading. Could something be causing interference and giving this reading? It does this regardless...

The compressor housing has to be machined to accomidate the larger wheel, unless your turbo is already a 57trim its not really a do it yourself job
