I don't see a problem with it as it blends in really well with the rest of the engine bay. Did you go back to your stock wires?

I have OBX Silicone Rad. hoses on my 3G and have had them on for about 3 years with no problems. IIRC they are 3 ply too. It's pretty much the same no-name brand stuff that DM sells (other than the genuine Samcos of course) except with a different name stamped on them.

I'm not sure, but haven't really looked at the vendor's items in detail lately. I know Aaron has a bunch of 1JZ rad hoses that can be modified to fit, but not sure if he has one specifically for the 7M... I also heard of one person (maybe in the UK) negotiating with Samco on doing a COMPLETE...

Didn't say they had to know how to do maintenance on it, just be aware of what's in the car. That's how I've always decided on what I want to buy as far as cars go, and just about anything else for that matter ;)

IIRC you'll have to cut and enlarge the tunnel for a T56 to fit in it. Good luck with putting a V8 in it, many consider it blaspheming, like me, but it's your car and do with it as you will. Try to ignore the flaming you'll get every now and then for putting an american motor in the supra. It...

Have you ever considered dynoing the motor to see how much power it's producing? What's your estimates on power?

Keep the auto, build the tranny and it'll help you woop him better than a manual will with the same power level.

Gotta love those guys who buy an expensive ass, nice car and no next to nothing about it except how to press the gas pedal, steer, shift, operate the AC, and talk on the cell phone (if you're really good, you can do all of these simultaneously) :3d_frown:
