OK just to narrow it down. The car ran perfectly fine the day before. The only thing i change the first day was the fuel pump and it instantly ran super rich. black smoke everywhere. the fuel pump is a 330. Fuel pressure gauge bouncing around between 32 and 40psi with the key on. Motor is off...

Yes the blue wire with white stripe going through it is in the right place.

also by the way this is my friends car not mine lol.

Power locks still dont work i guess because i dont have the box plugged up. I tried the rolling the driver window down and it works....when i tried rolling the passenger window down from the driver side all i can hear is a clicking noise coming from the driver door.....but i can still roll down...
