I found this plug, while searching. If this is what your thinking, My plug is on the passengers side of the motor when this pic shows this plug on the driver side

its grey in color. if that helps. I dont remember seeing anywhere for it to plug into on the steering rack.

Well it looks good in pictures. The motor is no longer a turd. I will soon get the car to that status after a rebuild of the suspension brakes and drivetrain. cause it pretty much needs it all. I dont even want to drive it the brakes and suspension are scary.

Ive heard you definatly do not do that, because with a solid mounted transmission and engine, any chassis flex will end up in something broken, typically the transmission or bellhousing.

theres a company local thats offering remanufacted head with 7mge cams for $500. what you guys think about that. Doesnt say anything about requiring a core.

Just curious what everyone is paying for a valve job and head surface? The machine shop I just took mine too gave me the price and I about crapped my pants.

While I do not plan to use this nut, I will get flanged nuts so I wont have to have a washer, but the stud is long enough.
