Had 3" exhaust made for it today, no muffler, sounds good no more resonating in it and I can hear the wastegate opening but its still hitting fuel cut.
So finished my down pipe, Need to get it connected up to the factory exhaust because its very very loud. Car runs good, installed the 6 psi spring but the wastegate is not functioning. Cheap chinese hks 40mm knock off and I put air pressure from the compressor to it and it never opened. Im going...
Still a ways to go but It runs, made it to the car wash and back. Now making a downpipe for it, Really jacked up my eye so plans have slowed down and now rain has moved in so that will slow it even more. But heres some pics. Boost is coming in at around 3500-3700. Hard to tell hits fuel cut...
Just curious what everyones thought on this was? Im still running AFM at the moment so ive got to run both hoses to the coupler in front of the turbo. Can I Tee them together and just run one hose to my intake tube? I know that It might get oil in the IAC and it might pull more vacuum at idle on...
Man looks good. Makes me wish I would've gone for the air guide instead of spending countless hours sanding the stock grille piece. I debated on it for days before deciding that I couldnt cut up my good crackfree grille.
yea bulldog is what I meant lol. the flex additive kept making the paint have major fish eyes, I didnt know if it was reacting with something else or what so I just ditched it all together and it turned out pretty good.
Thanks it was a PITA especially the front bumper it had alot of damage I had to fix and it had been resprayed 3 or 4 times before me. The rest of the paint on the car was in great shape and now im starting to loose the clear on the passenger fender, guess im gonna have to respray it.

I have new powersteering pressure line already. I replaced it shortly after getting the car running. Its also a lifetime warranty but I hope I dont have to replace it anytime soon It is a nightmare to change with engine installed.
Well heres an update. Got the manifold and turbo on, Trying to tie up loose ends. Slowly getting closer! This has been one big headache to try to figure it all out, and the turbo oil drain line is still giving me fits. Im thinking just going hard line on it. Im also really ticked cause I...
I dont know how.. I just installed mine that same way and it seems to go up after going around the manifold. Im gonna shorten the hose about 1/2" and see if its better. I hope so, If I pull the motor again its definitely getting a pan drain.
I cant really tell, it looks like the same manifold. I like how you did it, ive been thinking about going the same route but then I read about one person (dont know if it was supra or not) used this drain line for a cummins.
Its 21" long and is a factory drain line for holset. Im unsure if it...
I ordered another 1/2" t4 flange. It will help get the turbo off the header tube and give a little more angle to the drain but Its still almost going to be horizontal to hit the block flange.
Hey guys looking for ideas on how to do the turbo oil drain with the driftmotion manifold. It doesnt look like the turbo sets high enough to run it into the stock drain location. I have the -10an flange for the stock location. Pictures would help to. Ive been searching for 2 days now and cant...
