KS must be Karman Signal then. Yes. The neo takes Karman Signal input, then modifies it, and sends modified signal out to the ECU.

Make sure your two power and two ground splices are atleast 1 inch apart, make note to which wire is closer to the ECU

Sounds like its locking TOO much...if the inner tire is chirping. Maybe use less friction modifier... My truck has a full locker and it does exactly what you described when turning tight

You splice them in near the ECU, get some posi-taps they work great
