    I don't have the 1jz but I did find the 2jz trouble shooting guide. Turbo Pressure sensor PM1: With ignition switch on your value should be between 2.3 - 3.0. With ignition switch on and vacuum applied at 26.7 it should be between 1.8 - 2.4. http://www.mkiv.co.nz/specs.htm

    Im using a chaser ecu, it seems to happen when the motor starts to open up. I though it might have been the lack of fuel pump ecu, any thoughts? My safc-2 is showing the knock count to be fine it that helps.

    What ecu are you running? Supra, Chaser/Soarer? Im leaning toward this issue being ecu related. I am running a chaser ecu and have the same problem.

    So, I gorunded the car at four points; intake mani, valve cover, extra battery ground, altenator. all connected to the chassis. When I went to reatach the power cable the car lost power. It seems as though my altenator fuse went out (the blue one), so I went to remove it but couldn't. Any tricks...

    have you tried to gap your plugs down? You should be able to rev to 7,000 while in neutral BTW.

    Whould running that rich inhibit power so much that you feel slower than no boost at all?

    Rich as hell, my AEM took a crap so im in the process of getting another or looking into a dataloggin unit. I'll cheak for leaks again but I found nothing last I looked, no codes are being thrown.
