its a VSV, one is for the EGR, the other i think is either fpr related or cruise control.

take the 4 screws out the back and make sure the wire is plugged securely into the internals of the safc. sometimes if the wire is pulled hard some stuff wont work but it will still power on. once you pull it apart you'll see what i mean.

Should plug right in but there's over 10 different dash harnesses, check the numbers on them. You'll find the number behind the dash near the top driver side of the harness. There's a blue plastic elbow thing, the number on there will tell you if you'll just be able to swap em.
