Need some help, anyone know the port length in the cylinder head (the distance from the vavle to the exhaust opening in the head). I'm not near a cylinder head to measure it.

Your both right...problem is nobody makes a header with primary pipes large enough for my set up. I did have my heart set on the 6 into 1 but the classic 3-2-1 is were it's at.

Yes, Arnount made the flanges from steel. The runners are steel also.
