^ agreed, to support that much pressure, you need fuel. I wouldnt go above 10 or 12 psi on a single without at least a walbro. Im running 19 psi on a 70 trim with a walbro and 550's and i am maxing out my fuel at 493 rwhp...
I actually ran this setup for about 5k miles... It makes incredible power at stock/ 12 psi. I made about 325 rwhp on stock engine + MHG at 12 psi.
Got rid of my 7m after 5k miles, went 1j. All i can say is, beating the shit out of this turbo for 5k miles there was minimal shaft play (never...
I dont think it would mess with compression a noticeable amount. Im not sure but it looks like they might actually clear the piston, Im going to try to pick a set up tonight and see if my pistons jam the electrode to shit!
^ ---- Yes the 5.0 does work... however it is a completely different type of o2 sensor, it outputs voltage vs the stock one resistance. zircona vs ._____ (forgot). I did as much reading as i could about this topic before i purchased one 2 months ago, and i went with the Ford Mustang Bosch o2...
In that case.... I would say very close, if not breaking the 500 RWHP.
I managed 470 at 18 psi on a 1j, 93 oct. fuel, with 2jz cams, stock ecu + safc neo, and a 70mm turbo!
Sorry i must have missed it, but WHAT ENGINE? 1j or 2j? or 7M? doesn't list, only "stock engine".
With a 1j, id say around 370hp, and thats at %100 duty cycle on stock injectors.
On a 2j, i would say closer to 475 with your aem and a good tune + your cams.
It appears as though the diode beside it and the big black thing (HC322) were effected by the electrolyte compound in the capacitor as well, they are looking kinda burnt... are these parts replaceable?
Yeah, turns out i suck at html. I cant even get these damn images embeded into the f'n post!
Heres a link to the album.

Well, it looks good, for the exception of one burnt capacitor on the main board. A closer look reveals that they blue diode beside it looks like it was taken out as well...
Let me know what you guys think.
I put a new o2 sensor in today with ngk plugs gapped at .025. I installed my...
Ive been reading about this, and im not to sure about it... i understand that the type of sensor that the 1j uses is a titania type sensor, no the normal zarconia type like most cars... I was actually wondering how many people have used the fox body o2 on a 1j and had good experiences, i suppose...
checked my coil packs, They were all cracked, not to badly but im going to try the fingernail polish fix and will post back with results.
Did not get time to check the ECU, Intercooler pipes are in perfect order.
Thanks guys!
