The kit would be the complete setup, Pads, Rotors, Caliper, rotor to hub ring spacer and brackets. This is not a Mercedes caliper, and the setup is currently running on a set of 17" Cobra R replica wheels. So it does fit.
Im actually getting ready to do the same thing on my 1j. My 1j harness is in good shape and my ecu has just been re-caped by DM but according to my mechanic the 2j stuff is just plain better. I went with USDM TT harness and ecu.

I was able to hit 475 on my masterpower T70 1j last summer on pump. Down here in the ridiculous heat, well over 500 on a nice cool south FL winter evening i suspect.
High impedance is stock for the 1j, you can get low impedance and wire in a 2jz injector resistor which converts high impedence to low. Yes, anything from RC is going to be top feed, so an new rail will be needed. Also with 750cc injectors you may as well go dual feed, supply fuel to each end...
Sard 650cc side feeds will drop right in, you can squeeze around 500rwhp with your setup on an awesome tune with head room if you add cams with your setup. The ultimate can handle injectors %100 larger than stock if i remember correctly, so 760cc would be the max size.
