ive tried Stone and Fel-pro myself. nothing compared to the toyota engine gasket set i got for my last build. it included every gasket and seal needed... and the quality was 100x better.

the mouldings came with adhesive on them from the factory... in my experience, they dont mount up perfectly when you have to reapply the adhesive. new mouldings would be the route i would go if i just got my car freshly painted
take it to a shop and get the system evacuated. then go to a local auto part store and get a can or two of the AC recharge stuff. ive gotten the system charged a few times and its a waste of money since i had to do it every year.
did you buy the maft pro or maft translator? if its the maft translator, then using some other type of fuel computer (safc, neo, etc) is a good idea. the maft pro not only has the option of converting to speed density, but also has the option of wb tracking... which is very useful. the maft...
what i like about the lipp elbow is that its cast. if you consider the stresses on the exhaust manifold and turbo from the exhaust, i wouldnt want a welded part to be the last link between the exhaust and turbo. if you bottom out, a welded elbow might crack.
it addition to everything that was already mentioned (baggies, digi camera)... carefully organize everything as you take it off. try not to take off any part/accessories that dont need to come off.
some say to leave the harness on the motor (just disconnect it from the ecu). i personally took...
i put the sensor in the test pipe. mounted the controller under the carpet beneath the passenger seat. just drilled a hole through the the floor. all wiring reached with no problem.
there shouldnt be a lot of oil in your intake pipe. if you have a lot, then there is other problems which could be turbo seals or excessive blowby... neither of which are good. i dont have any oil residue in my intake pipe
