Bolt on Big Brake Kit For around 300$.

Has anyone found a source for the pad guide pins? All of the rebuild kits I have seen are just the seals and o-rings

I keep going back in time! Finally found a mkiii--meet crimson tide

I almost bought one of those turbos a few months ago Ken but after looking at the specs in detail decided it would not support my goals. I will make sure to let you know if I see another one come up.

Can anyone measure the thickness of the rotor hat, ie space between the hub and wheel.

    3D Printed Supra Parts

Those look good, now if you can combine those and make me a 3.0 twin turbo. Or 7M twin turbo :)

Bolt on Big Brake Kit For around 300$.

Looks good ^ I finally picked up a different set of wheels so I have a set of calipers on the way that should be here Monday. What pads and rotors have people been going with? Leaning towards slotted centrics. Not sure on pads R4-S's would be my top choice but not sure it's worth the $...

    500hp build

Biggest thing I see is that your going to need more turbo. An upgraded CT won't get you to 500. If you want to stay bolt on look for an sp or boss or go T4. Also read up on the vpc as much as you can. 500 is no trivial number to hit reliably with a piggyback. The way is also going to be a...

Brake Booster Delete or Compact version

I have heard the effort required with the chase bays kit is excessive to say the least

    3D Printed Supra Parts

If you get those badges dialed in and are willing to do a 3.0GT or 3.0i I would definitely take one. If you could do a custom 3.0twin turbo I'd love that as well for my future project.

maybe the best 7Mgte for track use.

Lots to love there. I know it was a track car but how was the response off boost? I have contemplated cutting the combustion chambers similar to a 2j or the group A heads but thought it would affect swirl and atomization.

    Running LEAN after upgrades

Boost leak would be rich at WOT, and absolutely do not do anymore pulls at 14 afr. That is way past safe and will cause damage if it hasn't already.

    Running LEAN after upgrades

Disregard my fuel pressure comment, I was thinking completely backwards. 37.5 with vac unplugged is the perfect standard but it's common to pull a few psi with the Lexus/550 setup. 35 should be fine and yes 26 with vac on is about right as well. I agree, fix your knock signal and see where your...

    Running LEAN after upgrades

Your fuel pressure should be set to 35-38 with the vacuum line connected, it should be higher than that without.

Wow, really excited to see more pics and info on the the car. It's great to see that some of them survived and to hear first hand accounts of the history.
