    In the manual it tells you how to check the response of the O2 sensor to make sure it is reading correctly and that the ecu is responding to the input. You haven't seen anything goofy with the AFRs at cruise? It should be pretty lean at that point.

    Yep. Who is interested in the proper pilot bushing? I have drawings made and I am going to have some made up. I am not sure about cost but most likely in the $30-$40 range.

    Yeah there is no gasket between the case halve or anywhere on the case. RTV is used to seal everything together. Unsure on the rest. If you don't have the TSRM I would suggest getting it before diving in much further.

    The chassis plugs under the dash are different from 89 to 90. I think the main power plug from the fuse box in the engine bay might be different also.

    The t56 puts the shifter about 8 inches back from the stock location. Not a big deal if you want to cut holes in your console. It just depends on what you want in your swap.
