You have to cut them, then join them, then T the cut you joined by splicing the cut joined T into the 3rd wire you connected. But seriously, you're just joining wires to your cut 7M harness.

Make sure all your IAT, MAP, TPS etc readings/voltages are correct. I initially had an issure where the MAP sensor wasn't gettting a full 5 volts thus throwing off my tune.
