lmao mine looked quite nice for a bug, and i had more girls than i could handle wanting a ride. The supra scares them!(either that or my wife with her shotgun does).lol
Supra is now sold!
hahhaha i own a legit one. To be quite honest they aren't much different to a normal MA70, except you have the pressure to keep it stock because of there rarity which quite frankly is boring.
Did you install the engine? did you double check all your wires such as to the cps, coil pack and double check your grounds as well. Did the engine originally come out of this car? or is this being put in something else? Double check all your connections first before pulling anything apart.
With my clutch it was pretty much on or off not a lot of in between so i used to let the revs drop low then quickly engage clutch then gas it as i let off the last 1/4, used to have pretty much no vibration at all and also didn't excessively wear the clutch plate. If you rev it a lot it it will...
The drive shaft normally causes problems at higher revolutions if its too blame, i'm guessing the clutch you have put in is aggressive and you need to get used to it. Try letting the clutch out with no throttle then once its fully engaged give the throttle. My last ceramic button clutch was very...
Pretty sure there trialling the mary-j for chronic sufferers already here in Australia, watched a doco on it a little while ago where the patient has a couple of small plants that produce just enough to get them by.
The whole process is carefully monitored e.t.c, seems to be working well.
Some...
I think i'd rather spend my million on something other than a 2j, maybe a nice Mercedes. lol
In all the guys that raced clearly had fun although i really have no idea why they chose such a boring way to race each other.
A 3 lap race of a decent track followed by the drag strip then maybe a...
What if you just welded the nut to the shaft at the correct height you want the shifter to sit at? If vibration is an issue use a thick O-ring between the two threaded surfaces. Just a cheap solution......
Wow that sucks, after the car overheating like it has, have the head tested to see if the alloy is annealed or you may find yourself doing the whole job again and again.
Great excuse to change out valve stem seals and check the seating of the valves.
The Metal head gaskets are cheap to buy now...
Okay i'll have a go. Take the guts out of a old thermostat and just leave the outer to control the water flow, if it idles all day long and won't get hot that often means it's not opening properly.
Check the fan rotation and make sure its pulling not pushing, otherwise it will show the same...
Mine too, i shall miss you turbo-a, you were both an honour to own and a burden to shoulder. I will never forget your beauty and your faithfulness shown to me by your reliabilty...Thank you for never giving me a BHG! may you serve the new owner as well as you have served me.
If you don't mind spending a bit my old boss bought Stahlwille spanners because of there high quality. I used them and they feel great, although a good locked box may be in order...
