    I dont think that the ticking has anything to do with your performance problems. I do think its a shim adjustment problem or an exhaust gasket leak. Im sure you can differentiate between the two.

    wow, I wish I would have seen this thread earlier - those cams actually look pretty good. I agree with IJ. There is nothing wrong with those cams. Most 7Ms, and I do mean most, will look exactly the same way. Lightly polish them and throw them back in.
