The intercooler was really nice. If you look at it closely, you can see that the bars across the front of the intercooler are pointed. Most intercoolers have flat bars.

you really wont get that much fuel pressure out of the rail unless it is running. I went through this before and made things difficult on myself looking for parts I didnt need. The first thing you should do is re-install the CPS or adjust it. I think it might be a tooth off.

keep your stock timing belt. There is no difference in forces on a high HP motor as far as the timing belt is concerned.
