    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

This showed up in the mail today: Not sure what it'll go in yet, possibly the Escort after I'm done with the Supra but dunno. Probably not gonna go in the Supra but I did buy it on SM :biglaugh:

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

Made it handle like a boat too, flexy offroad springs don't handle loads too well. Not having any swaybars probably doesn't help either but I got tired of messing with endlink disconnects...

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

Haven't fired this one up yet, lol. Buying crap in the internet is always a risk, I'm just glad I saw the post on SF about the other guy...

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

Woot, 341hp in my 4-runner (225 in the back and 116 in the front): Progress will be slow for the next few weeks, lots of family in town, going to the Orange Bowl, and no $$ for a bellhousing, motor mounts, and clutch....

    Steven89's Build Thread *no 56k!*

Subscribed :) So will we be seeing 2 more 3E5 Mkiiis at the next Hill Country Cruise (yours and mine)??

    2jz na-t megasquirt extra

Nice build, got any more pics of your trigger wheel and how it mounts? What plug wires did you use? I'm interested to see what kind of power you make with low boost and the 10:1 c/r. I'm planning on running my 2jzge at around 12psi with stock c/r and E85.

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

Well damn, I feel like I'm on a 2j powered roller coaster. Just talked to zoonwen, the buyer on his motor backed out so now it's mine for $250 with harness, ECU, and accessories... Picking it up Sunday, then it's time to get crackin on the swap:

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

Dodged a bullet on the 2j, found this on SF (this is the guy I was getting the 2j from): WARNING ALL SUPRAFORUMS MEMBERS. x95SupraNAx (aka Heath Wilson) is the Austin student that STOLE PARTS AND DAMAGED GAMIMNON'S CAR WHILE IT WAS AT BOOSTLOGIC. Please permanently ban this ass. He is YET to...

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

It's done, thread title changed AGAIN lol... 2j with 80k, including harness, ECU, all accessories, intake, and HKS SAFR. Getting pulled tomorrow, picking up Wed. night :evil2: Not 100% sure yet, but I'm thinking about running low boost (12psi) with the stock c/r for now and then putting a...

Potential Build Thread, but I need help from you guys!

Nice renderings :) 5 more votes sent in with the condition that the car makes it to a Hill Country Cruise in the future :)

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

Sorry, missed your post. Thanks for the offer, I will definitely let you know. I'm planning on putting a flex section on the DP, I figure I'll probably have to cut it and do some modding to make it fit anyways since it was made for a 2j. I might need some tips on how to get my POS HF fluxcore...

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

Good to find someone else who appreciates Yota trucks, I've had it since I was 15 :) Turbo may end up mounted to a different motor, stay tuned...

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

Thanks for the compliments, I'm looking forward to getting it done. MDC-I have some 680cc injectors I'll be using with the Lex, E85 requires ~30% more fuel so with a little more base pressure I should be a-ok. Quite a few people run Walbros with E85 (check NASOIC etc.) with no issues, I've...

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

I've started cleaning up some poorly painted interior parts (gasoline FTW) and doing some other small stuff. Got my Type-S knockoff BOV a couple days ago ($25 ebay find): Supra off the storage jackstands in preparation for moving into the 'business' side of the garage: Goodies piling up...

    Rome feat. MA70

You could have at least used bamboo or sustainable wood flooring :nono: j/k Credit to you for doing something original, I dig funky interiors. Here's a (bad) shot of the headliner in my Escort: $3.98/yd Nascar fabric from Walmart FTW! Keep up the good work:icon_bigg

    safc questions

If you're using turbo electronics, then yes. If you're planning to use it with N/A electronics to add fuel for a turbo, then no. Pulling/adding too much fuel with AFC will screw up your timing (lot of good info on this in DSM forums) as the stock ECU tries to adjust (as mentioned above). You...

    Tubular manifold

You could get one of the SSAC manifolds and get an adapter to go from T4 to CT26 if anyone makes 'em (check with MDC). Sounds like you've heard it, but not worth the effort IMHO. Stock manifold will flow plenty for an upgraded CT, if you want more flow port the stock mani or get it extrude...
