Go with arp studs. Arp bolts are barely any stepet than stock, and don't provide any clamping improvement like studs do.

You want a 0w30. The best way I can explain the reasoning behind this is as the temperature drops, the oil will thicken less with a 0w over a 5w, or a 5w over a 10w. More oil flow at cold start = less wear. And when it warms up it's nearly identical to a 10w30. Just don't go to a parts store...

No, the ecu energizes the cold start injection system with the STA signal.

I'm willing to bet the STA signal is not getting to the ECU. Check that circuit.

When I get home I'll ohm the tps. I used to have autolite coppers (forgot what number, but they were what everyone recommends. Now Im using NGK platinums for a 2jz as recommended by morganson. Either way, the break up was still there.

So as long as the resistance is correct (mines around 160 ohms/pickup), and the air gaps are correct, the CPS should work fine? Square one I guess..
