Oil leak from the bottom end.

It looks pretty good for the time actually, not like my exhaust camseal or the crankshaft seal. Those practically popped out.

well.. it doesnt look like it. But there is the problem. I had the cam seal go out a few months ago, It drenched the lower timing case.

Oil leak from the bottom end.

wow, what a day. removing both the crank pulley and the timing gear took some effort. I destoryed the little "walls" on the timing belt gear BTW. The crank seal came out in about 20 seconds with my pink screwdriver, so I'm like 99% possitive thats where the leak was comming from, but you don't...

    Water to air intercooler

exactly, I'm with IJ here. I'm looking to lose as much piping as possible. I have a side to side IC with the stock manifold and hard pipes. I'm actually going downgrade my intercooler for the pressure drop and spool-up benefits. Now I run into a dilema of running the stock manifold and re-doing...

generally, how big is the exchanger? Like a tranny fluid cooler? And is all the fluid stored in it, or is it stored in.. like a washer container? I'm really interested in this.

Oil leak from the bottom end.

I think thats what it is too, thanks IJ! The crankseal is similar in design to the camseal? right? Because thats what happened to the camseal.

Oil leak from the bottom end.

I have an oil leak from the bottom end. It looks like it may be comming from the lower timing case behind the crank pulley. I accidentally clogged the PCV system and blew this seal and a cam seal. I also forgot to put RTV sealant between the front crankcase and the block when i did the...

    haha skateboarding memories..

Skateboarding is so much fun, I'm glad i got my car otherwise i would never have gotten my priorities straight. I would keep skating and keep getting hurt. I'd still just be pretty good, but not that good compared to my friends, and I'd just be bitter that i wasted that much time on something i...

haha the kid did push mongo, I took out a rollerblader. Yea, the vignetting from the old fake death sucks, he finally got a real one for the last couple weeks we filmed. I skate every now and then, I love it, but I quit because I broke my leg. BTW I didn't choose the song. The footage was from...

    haha skateboarding memories..

So i just found out that one of our local skateboard videos got "leaked" onto the internet.. like anyone would give a shit about it anyways. But my friend hosted it on his website. I know a lot of you younger guys used to skate and would probably enjoy this.. its not bad! I have a part, I have...

For those with the bolt on sp61gt..

Its unusual for an aftermarket turbo to be water cooled, thats why I was supprised to find that the BOSS turbos were water cooled. If it made that big of a difference I'm sure all aftermarket turbos would be watercooled, one benefit of not having a water cooled turbo is keeping your cooling...
