Do a search for small block Chevy springs, there is a set that fits a 7M head and is a nice (read: cheap and equal or better) replacement. New OEM oil pump, and shim it. Search for this, too. What year is your motor? That will usually tell you what crank it has. I believe pre89s had the 6M...
