Yeah, I was referring to smoothness due to less vibration. My take is that the heavier wheel would absorb more of the subtle vibrations. Of course, it didn't help that one of my fronts had a slightly bent lip from the previous owner's elementary driving... ;) I completely agree with making...

Treat your car well and run the highest octane pump gas you can get. In the Northwestern US, it's 92 octane. In other parts of the US, you can find 93.
