Since its a lifetime warranty idk if you'd need the receipt because the proof of purchase is usually only needed to confirm when you bought it for temporary warranties. Call them up and ask.

Is something suppose to clip onto those two slots on the passenger side of the dash? It looks like there's something that's suppose to go there like an emblem or something but I've never seen anything there before on other Supras. If not does it have some sort of purpose? Its just been bugging...

They're custom made, theres a few writeups on them though if you'd like to attempt it yourself.
