My recommendation is to back your boost down to 14 psi until you can tune.
Trying to "Tune" by adjusting your fuel pressure is just silly. ;)
Set it back to the TSRM spec and let your FPR do it's job.
We are talking about two different turbos. The Boss Jr. is not a CT26 w/ the 57 Trim upgrade.
To ‘safely’ break 400whp at 15 psi with any turbo is not easy to do. The dyno is the not nicknamed “The Heartbreaker” for no reason…
I hear some hearts breaking…
A common problem with our cars is for there to be intermittent connections and/or breaks in wires. Due to heat, age, and vibrations...
Wiggling the wires may reconnect an intermittent connection. I've seen the CPS wires in particular cause this issue time and again. It's a common tail... "I...
Van: Indexing your plugs will have minimal gains if any. And in the case of using more washers....likely that is doing more harm than good.
Try wiggling your CPS wires. You don't want to jerk on them like you're trying to start a weedeater; but, tug on them a bit. ;) Also, try wiggling any...
Man, that is just terrible. It could've been disastrous for your lower limbs. I'm glad that you only suffered bruising. Any pics of bodily carnage? ;)
Your poor car! There aren't many of us 91'ers left! How are you going to deal with the firewall and what all got damaged behind the dash...
Removing the numbers is fine and is an understandable thing to do, it's just that it could've been done in a less distracting way. The gray blanking pulls attention away from your car and looks out of place.
Send me a Hi-Res Copy of the original and I'll show you a couple of alternatives...
Yeah, when I say "short the pump", I mean this...

Doing this will pressurize the fuel system without the car running. A muuuuuuch easier AND safer way to check for leaks. After you get the injectors back in, let the pump...
The second image is my fav. There's just something about the Pre89 Bumpers! ;)
NOT digging the attempt to cover the front plate though... (just throwing that out there ;))
Once you get all the new injector rubber replaced, short FP before you button it all back up.
When I did mine, I shorted the pump just after I installed the rail. I had a "Fuel Sprinkler" under my hood. Had I buttoned everything up then started the car, it could've been a much worse outcome...
For a good paint job, yes. Otherwise, you have "build up". Build up is basically an "edge" or a "ledge" and looks baaaaaaaaad. It looks like poop to be exact! Your paint will also start to flake off in no time...
Ryan will likely have a better answer; but, there's mine. ;)
I have personally had a Dyno's WB read a full 1 point different than my car's WB.
Example, during my last dyno session, the Dyno's WB read 12.3 and my in car WB read 11.3.
A WB is a MUST!
You can easily check for fuel leaks by shorting the fuel pump at the diagnostic block. (Fp>B+) I also ran into fuel leaks when I installed my 550's.
There are two ways to replace the Insulators and O'Rings. You did install new right?! ;)
Way 1: Remove the TB...
Way 2: Leave the TB... (I...
Regarding wheels, I decided to give them one more shot at mounting them without damaging them. So far, they've ruined a total of eight wheels. If they do get them mounted successfully, I'll walk away with what's on there now plus eight spares for free!
Some folks have already spoken up about...
