Ceramic coating is usually done in batches so getting 1 pipe done would cost the same as getting everything done. idk about pricing and whatnot but it should be too much.
I wouldn't ceramic coat the valve covers, those radiating heat helps keep the oil cool.
Well if you've got the tools and some metal working skills you could make some piping yourself reasonably cheaply seeing as it would have to be custom made anyway, those stock pipes have to be VERY restrictive by the looks of it.
Or at the very least do the ceramic coating like I mentioned...
Depends on the stock ic for the 1g, more than likely its not going to help a whole lot.
You'd see a half decent gain from running the piping another way but you don't really have much choice on how to run the ic piping either because the manifold's inlet isn't front facing.
All I could...
I did a c++ course in grade 12, it was easy at first but then it snowballed like crazy all of a sudden. I found it makes things a lot easier to find a sample program that does something similar and pick it apart to find out how it works than to read a book on it or even have someone explain it...
I'd say search around craigslist etc. for a shell in good condition to get metal off of; because there's almost certainly going to be more rot than the replacement panels (if you can still get them) can cover.
Can't say I'm surprised, but for the ammount the front fenders cost new, the ammount the rears would cost would be the equivilent of an entire parts car; which is why I'm just going that route and getting my metal from there, besides ofcourse the rust wont be isolated to just the outside sheet...
I've got the rear rot bad as well, and my Toyota dealer said they cant find any rear quarters anymore. I'm purchasing a parts car atm with a rust free rear end to fix the damage, you could try a salvage yard but I found it was cheaper just to get a whole shell than to nitpick at a salvage yard.
Heres the only one I could find:
