Before you do any of that stuff, check the torque on your head bolts. Tighten them down to 76 ft/lbs if they're the stock Toyota bolts. After that, enjoy car. 3" exhaust, enjoy car more. Wastegate shims or a MBC, enjoy car even more!

Reading comprehension just pwned you. A 60-1 is good for a good bit more than that. What's your compression ratio, what HG are you using, how good is your tune, what fuel are you using? There are really too many variables to say this, but we need to know more to even give a good estimate.
