what do you mean by cant rev it over 5k? like does it cut out? lose power? whats it do? my guess would be your car is running to lean with the lex and stock injectors.. do you have a wideband and safc of some kind?? you can do stock injectors and lex if they are tuned right.. however that still...
what do you guys think about the BFgoodrich G-force KDW2 NT's? price isn't bad and i'v heard good things about them.. also my rim is a 17 by 7 i do believe.. it has 225's on it right now, so would a 245 fit my rims? or would a 235 be better? i want something wider and a somewhat of a buldgy...
ok thats another question i had,, i have the stock saw blades also.. would i be able to run better times with those over bigger rims that i have on now? as far as the weight difference goes?
so i just went to the track tonight. its an 1/8 mile track and my car would just spin the tires half way down the track. off the line it would just spin, shift to 2nd gear the car would start fishtailing. third gear they finaly griped.. my best time was a 9.2 i know if it wouldnt spin so much...
ya i had a friend try to start the car while i jiggled the CPS wires around... still didn't start. i was told you could hear the fuel pump whine just from turning the key to the on position? as for codes i didn't get a chance to do that, i didn't have a paper clip on me and the tow truck was...
my car died today while i was driving. i was driving and i was boosting for a short peroid, then i slowed down and was driving normal and my car lost power. i let it coast in gear and exhaust was still coming out but when i pushed on the gas there was nothing it just got quiet and it eventualy...
no i didnt, for some reason my car was having some problems, it wouldnt hold boost over 7 pounds, i normaly run about 15pounds.. so if it was running right at 15 pounds it should have been well into the 300s i would hope.
lol, it was putting out alot of smoke, for some reason you cant see it in the video.. i was running open down pipe so thats prolly why. you can see it from the side of the car, as it was running very rich. on the dyno i was only running 7psi and made 284hp and 321ft. lbs of torque.

lol, nothing new found yet the radiator just sprung a leak on me.. i got some leak fixer stuff that you pour in the rad. see if that fixes it... anyway when im in 5th gear and i boost, it will build up to 18psi and it holds it for a while then it slowly drops to around 12-13. now in lower gears...
im still dissapointed my car only showed 284hp on the dyno... i should be easily into the 300s with my set up. sure feels alot faster than 284..lol im pretty sure the low numbers are from the boost droping though.. i need to figure out whats causing my boost to go from 15 down to 7 like it did...
no no.. i have it tuned with the SAFC II i can make it leaner. im just saying i tuned it alittle bit leaner from how it was before the safc and it boosted up to 18psi but was still slightly rich. i can tune it even leaner so its around a 12, but im pretty sure it will just boost higher...lol
im not going to put the AFM screw back in, the car is running better with it out. it would only be richer if i put it back in. i guess my next concern is, if my car is running high boost like this with out fuel cut, and my car is tuned with the SAFC II, then is it safe to do? i wonder how much...
