I got the engine from venus (www.venus-auto.com) The mileage is estimated at 40K kilometers, compression was satisfactory. I haven't tested it myself or seen the results. The mount brackets are JZA70 brackets. They were blue when I got them. :P

Agreed. The Super Modified class should allow 2JZ's. bpu vs. bpu it isn't fair, but after that point, anything goes. A MKIII is a MKIII wichever way you spin it. Collin

I'm NOT a fan of putting anything but the original engine in an S2K for the fact that the S2K is one of the most perfectly engineered cars ever built as far as handling ability, and putting that heavy ass cast iron block Inline-6 in there is murder. I'd take a comptech supercharged S2K any day...
