The head shouldn't be cleaner than the block, the valve cover screws always loosen & leak. My gut instinct says that the head was rebuilt & the headgasket isn't sealed....

osco is right, the 7M radiator will work, but there isn't a bung for the hydrofan sensor. If you want to use your hydrofan, you have to get creative with regards to your sensor placement.
