Rolled real flat it's not too bad about rubbing. It probably depends on how stiff your suspension is and how wide your tires are though. You could try adding a bit of camber or pulling the fenders, but it probably wouldn't look as good.

Um........... thanks for telling me what's on my own car...? Its actually just a Bomex replica wing. For a Supra. But I agree, these cars need to be low :)

yep! In these pictures 205/50/r16 front 225/50/r16 rear. I'll be running 205/55/r15 front and 225/50/r16 rear though to even out the rake.

You can do whatever you want, Stance will re-valve all 4 shocks if the spring rates change too much for the shocks. for something crazy cheap like $70!

I haven't tried anything but full hard haha! Preloading the front springs seems to have helped a little.

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

16x8 -10 F 205/50/R16 16x9 +0 R 225/50/R16 More pictures to come later with 205/55/R16 up front to get rid of the rake and more lowerage once I get the wheels repaired/refinished :)

Width/offset being the same should make wheels fit nearly identically. The only real variation might be how thick the rolled edge of the lip is, making the wheel poke out maybe 3mm haha. Tires are another story, a 225/50/r16 can vary wildly in width depending on manufacturer. BFGs are generally...

Yeah, the fenders are rolled very flat. That's actually why I'm parked next to my friend's house with a floor jack and hammer in the background of the pictures haha :) I'll trade the wheels for your BBK :D

    Jealous! I guess I can't complain, I'll be hoarding 4 16x9 +0 and 2 16x8 -10 haha. I wish I could get 4 more x9s as spares though.

That they are. Except with more concave and 9 inches wide and +0 offset! I've never seen stock wheels on anything that come close to the awesomeness of the Starion SHP rears.

Oil cooler has survived many off-track excursions in rock pits. I'm probably relocating it eventually but it's doing quite well where it is

16x8 -10 front, 16x9 +0 rear. This was a test fit so there aren't any spacers/proper alignment/fine-tuned height, etc yet. The oil cooler is always a love/hate thing haha.

    coilover or shock/spring combo?

These are some of the most idiotic, useless replies I've ever seen on a forum. +1 for Stance, they make great coilovers. My set should be coming in Monday :) I have an upgraded shock/spring combo right now and it's way too soft for me to drift without the incredible body roll you see in my sig...

Project Daily Drifter (56k... probably not)

I spent about $400 on my cooler setup, got a deal on the cooler itself though. "getfast1" on ebay sells fittings that are from the manufacturer that makes russell fittings, just without the russell branding. They're very high quality and a good bit cheaper than Russells :)...

Here she is my first Supra!!!

it takes a while to fill the whole engine with oil, especially with an upgraded oil cooler. crank it without the efi fuse in for a good while (stopping to let the starter cool down of course) before you panic haha. And the flow direction is a good thing to check, most oil filters have a...
