I'm sure you've checked, but make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks. Before tuning mine, I went ahead and replaced all of the vacuum lines just to make sure I didn't have any. You can double check all of your intercooler piping as well.

Maybe with the added timing the e85 can handle, you can do it @ 20psi. I'm not sure about the flowing capabilities of the 7m's head and intake. My 1.5jz made 635@ 23psi. That puts it about 600 @ 20psi or there abouts. I run 93 octane with meth injection. I also have upgraded cams so it may end...
