    The Small Questions Thread

Never seen one. The stock bolts are quality and zinc played tho. If I was going to not use stock I would use arp and adjustable arms.

Bolt on Big Brake Kit For around 300$.

The one you have is not from an s class. Needs to be from a 220 chassis s class s430 or s500. That is for a 28mm rotor and is only around 280mm.

Check the small wire on the positive battery terminal. It can look like it is ok but really under the insulation it's pulling apart.

    fortune 500 coilover reviews

Fortune auto coils are 100% made in usa. Personally I would never use a spring and shock over a coilover anyday.

Oil temp and and oil line routing

80psi of pressure is too much. You could have a block in the system or have the lines hooked up backwards.

    7MGTE Block ID??

Second pic looks like there is only ribs between the cylinders. All late blocks had ribs between the cylinders and on each cylinder going vertical on the exhaust side. Also jdm and usdm blocks are all the same blocks. And there is no block identification based off the numbers unfortunately...

It's up and to the right in the last pic. Next to the heater box. It's a black box that says theft deterrent on it. Unplug it and ground the Orange with blue strip wire. Or blue with orange. One or the other. Also you could check to make sure your getting the 12v signal at the starter relay...

The Na pistons will not hold high hp. They are high conpression pistons and prone to detonation.

    how to make a 2jzge into a 2jzgte

You mean na-t? It's hogh conpression so you have to use a thick hg or gte pistons or both. And even still the Pistons in the ge are weak.

Blue Monster has just been returned from the machine shop, and I have some questions.

There is a spec limit to how much you can machine from the block in the tsrm. If you start going too far it will mess with cam and crank timing.

    1jz e85 ?

You ideally would need a standalone to properly tune with e85. You would also need 30-40% larger injectors. And the stock twins are going to fail at some point no matter what.

    standalone fuel?

no you cannot run injectors off a piggy back. piggy back will only modify the input signals the ecu uses to adjust fuel. You need a standalone ecu with injector drivers to run injectors and at that point you might as well control ignition as well.
