Second pic looks like there is only ribs between the cylinders. All late blocks had ribs between the cylinders and on each cylinder going vertical on the exhaust side.
Also jdm and usdm blocks are all the same blocks. And there is no block identification based off the numbers unfortunately...
It's up and to the right in the last pic. Next to the heater box. It's a black box that says theft deterrent on it. Unplug it and ground the Orange with blue strip wire. Or blue with orange. One or the other.
Also you could check to make sure your getting the 12v signal at the starter relay...
You ideally would need a standalone to properly tune with e85.
You would also need 30-40% larger injectors.
And the stock twins are going to fail at some point no matter what.
no you cannot run injectors off a piggy back. piggy back will only modify the input signals the ecu uses to adjust fuel.
You need a standalone ecu with injector drivers to run injectors and at that point you might as well control ignition as well.
