Is there some kind of grease I'm supposed to put on the seal once its installed?

Heres the image of the seals. As you can see theres a drip mark left underneath the left cam and the right side is completely dry.

Alright thanks. But is there any way i should go about removing the seal that would generally be the 'safest' in terms of not scoring the head?

I didn't put in Toyota seals actually.. Ill go for that this time. And i do believe there was a tiny bit of scarring where the seal sits, not sure though. Are they supposed to be put all the way to the back of their seat?

The pads are the cheapest ones I could get from advanced auto parts.. And yea I found one of the pins that holds one of my rear/drivers side brake shoe busted off..but this side doesn't have the clicking lol o.O So sand the pads and rotors a little bit?

When I did the 4 wheel brake job on my car, I wasn't aware of any brake shims that were on the old pads when I took them off. I put the new pads on without any extra "shimming"... could this be why my brakes are soooo damn loud? I also get a clicking with every rotation of my passenger side rear...
