    Hey guys......need a bit of clarification here. The plan....2jz into 91 mk3. Does the 7m engine brackets work or do I have to get the 1JZ ma70 brackets? If I do....does anyone have the pn for the OEM brackets....or maybe a set for sale? Thanks

    how do i get more boost?

    Theres a few options you can do, you can get a manual or electric boost controller if you decide to run higher boost later...if you only want 8 lbs then you can just shim the wastegate by putting 2 washer on it and you'll be good.

    Motor Mount issue?

    89 is a funky year because they had 2 different mounts.......earlier versions had a rectangular mount on a steel bracket while the later models had a round mount on an aluminum bracket. Are you sure you have a proper right and left side bracket?

    Hvyman is correct, the internals are different. You can also get rebuild kits from NAPA and the like!

    No the wires are on the driver side with the ABS plug on the tranny.

    Do a search here for specifics.....but since you do not have an auto shifter that plugs into the harnes, you will need to jumper that connector to get the car to start/run. You have to make the computer think that the car is in Neutral/Park. ---------- Post added at 05:55 PM ----------...

    Yes you can. Jump the NSS (netral safety switch) and you will be ok....
