At what pressure are you trying to set it at? if you are trying 30 psi, it is the lower end of its operating range.. Mine also does the same at 30 psi.. but works fine at 36 psi.
I am trying to rebuild my differential. The problem is the pinion gear. I removed the internal assembly from the diff. Now, I need to remove the pinion gear from the case. removed the front seal, oil sling, then how to remove the bearing without an SST? I thought once the internals are...
Mine made noise for long time.. checked the fluid.. I found shavings.. the pinion bearing was shot I guess.. I ended up buying a used diff from one who was parting his car.. now, no noise.. smooth ride..

hew..
I have a 3" SS system from Random Tech. The muffler is straight through with packing around it.. It sound nice at low rpms.. but above 2000, its too lound.. not all that impressed with it..

Here is what I did..
I used a dremel cutting tool.. Held the tool sideways, so that the cutting wheel can cut into face of the screw hat. The cutting was done in the same direction of the groves on the dead pedal surface.. so, the overcutting to the rubber face wont show.. Basically, small...
