Thanks guys. It just doesn't make any sense, though - when it's really cold, and I don't warm up the car - when I just back out of my garage and go...it works perfectly. Then later in the day when the temperatures are warmer, the tranny acts up again. Will a solenoid on its way out act like this?

That makes sense, and that's the first thing I did check - it's set to factory specs, with the little gold nub sticking just past the red rubber boot. Mayeb it got stretched or something...I should still screw around with it to see whether or not moving it in the opposite direction changes...

If you have low brake fluid, that light will stay on. If you've got enough in there, maybe the float is stuck - or the sensor is screwed up. If that doesn't fix your problem, check out the TSRM online.
