Aren't 2JZ oxygen sensors 4 wire?

I still have the 02 sensor in the engine that came on the clip and has gone bad. What do you guys use as a replacement? Also does it matter how many wires are on the 02 sensor? Mine has 3, I also searched Advance auto and autozone for it, but couldn't find one.

What happens to the stock relay? Do I tap any wires into it?

Hmm pretty strange, my 1JZ dynoed 450 rwhp and rwtq on 20 psi and pump. Pretty similar turbo to yours too. Where did all your torque go?
