I replaced the clutch today on my 1JZ/R154, but I have a weird problem. After I bolt the starter on and try to turn the crank pulley with a wrench, it only turns about 1/10 of a full rotation of the crank. It sounds like something hits something and it won't go past it, then I can go back about...
So today in the morning before going to work I decided to measure and see if the arm is bent and it was the same width as the one thats still on the car. So I took a big hammer and hit the arm where the ball joint is and it popped right in. It was just a really tight fit. I guess it was so tight...

I'm gonna try measuring the arm tomorrow and compare it with the passenger side arm which is still in the car. But to me it just seams like I used the wrong bushings, but according to the manual I didn't.
I have some zerk fittings on the way and will be installing them, this was just a test fit.
The old bushings came out very easy and it was easy to install the new bushings and the arm doesn't even have any indents in it, so I doubt the actual arm got bent.
Both of the bushings are pressed in flush and cant move any more.
I bought a set off Mr.Sinister about 2 weeks ago and have been trying to install them with no luck. I disassembled the whole drivers rear suspension and have pressed most of the bushings out. Well after I installed the rear upper control arm bushings from the outside of the arm like it shows in...

I finally put on my rims, but I have like 2mm between the rear rim and my coilover. Would a small wheel spacer take care of this problem? What kind of wheel spacer should I use? I see a lot on ebay, but they are all different kinds. Can you find me an example of one I should use?
My rims...
What do you guys think of this setup?
17x8.5 w/ +40 offest in the front and 17x10 w/ +45 offset in the rear
245/45 tires in front and 275/40 tires in the rear
Do you think it will fit?
Has anyone ever installed these? These things seem to be requiring modifications. Look at the pics compared to the stock rear line and the rear line installed, fronts have the same issues.
Seems that if I install them the way I did, there is a space between the washer and the stock...
