The return line from the fuel rail goes to one of the side ports, the return line connects to the bottom port and is hooked up to the stock return line. The vacuum line hooks up to somewhere on the intake manifold.

I have this problem more and more during the winter months, friggin embarrising having my alarm go off jumping in real quick to kill it and then looking like an as twisting my key every few seconds to reset....thankfully i live in Arizona and only have to deal with it for 4 months out of the year.
