    chances are it is SD....you need the MAP sensor for boost control, running the MAP sensor + AFM or MAF is rather redundant.... no MAFT eliminates FCO. a proper tune + Fout Max should allow you to set FCO at an acceptable level.

    not really. the rebic LC has been discontinued for @ least 10 yrs. your best bet is to find one used or find a VPC or FCON harness used (though you might be able to find one new somewhere).
